The P6/7’s have been very busy creating their very own board games. However, these are not your average board games, these are games with very important messages!
In class, we have been learning all about the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of which there are 17. The Global Goals are a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity around the planet, for now and in the future.
The children picked a few of these topics to base their games on, with an aim to spread the word about tackling these crucial issues: Litter on Land and Litter Below the Water. Plastic Waste, Zero Hunger and Decent Work Conditions and Economic Growth.
