22nd April marked Earth Day, and pupils from P1–P4 celebrated in style with a full week of activities!
The children created beautiful artwork using natural materials they found outdoors, designed headbands to promote the “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” message, and—best of all—got their hands dirty planting a variety of vegetables.
A huge thank you to Sé and for the very kind and generous donations from Byrne’s Nursery. Thanks to this support, every child had the opportunity to plant potatoes, sweet peas, Brussels sprouts, and strawberries. Our P4 pupils even took home their own potato to plant!
It was a fun, engaging, and informative week of outdoor learning enjoyed by all. 🌿
