Our primary 5, 6 and 7 pupils had the pleasure of having author Declan Carville into the school. This really inspired the children to be creative and encouraged them to use the local area as a stimulus for their own writing. It was great to see Declan's enthusiasm and many of our pupils went home to create their own stories.
Declan answered questions that the pupils had prepared and explained the story writing process.
