Primary 5's topic at the minute is The Egyptians. Primary 5 are exploring how Egyptians used salt in the mummification process. Our pupils had to record, observe and predict how it will impact a tomato that they cored out and filled with a mix of salt and bicarbonate of soda. We will remove them in 2 weeks to see our results.
