The Friends of St Paul’s Association, (FOSPA) would like to thank all the parents and children for a very successful first term.
We started the term of with our Halloween disco which the children loved, showing off their cool dance moves!
This fantastic night raised £216.60 for our school.
Next up was our fun family quiz night. A massive thank you to everyone who came along and supported our Family Quiz Night in November, Children, parents, friends and families were having their wits tested by the range of questions Mr Geoghegan had crafted together over seven intense rounds.
Fifteen teams gathered in Cabra Community Centre and put their heads together. In the end, the winning team was “Brainiacs”. Winning a £40 voucher for Infinity Adventure Park donated anonymously, a beautiful hamper and mulled wine donated by Tesco’s. The runners up were:
2nd place - The Close Road Clan, winning £100 worth of logs donated by Pearse, Johnny & Kate McKeefry and a beautiful hamper donated by Tescos
3rd place - The 149ers
4th place - Keep er lit
5th place - Ninja Turtles
All teams went home with beautiful hampers kindly donated by Tescos.
A fantastic amount of £410.50 was raised over the night.
We finished off our first term with a Christmas movie night, the children really enjoyed the movie and fun with their friends.
Our cosy Christmas movie night raised £243.00.
A massive thank you to Cabra Community Association for the use of the hall over this term.
